The Synopsis

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice – Ultimate Edition expands on the theatrical cut by restoring key character development and story details. In the aftermath of Superman’s destructive battle with General Zod, Bruce Wayne becomes convinced that Superman is an existential threat to humanity. Meanwhile, Lex Luthor manipulates public opinion and orchestrates events to pit the two heroes against one another. The Ultimate Edition adds over 30 minutes of footage, providing greater context for the political intrigue, Clark Kent’s investigation of Batman, and the motivations behind the film’s central conflict, creating an experience that is entirely different from the original theatrical cut.
