The Biography

Jason Walker also known by stage name Mann J is an American Rapper, Producer, and Actor who was born in Houston, Texas. After gaining an interest in music he was pinning his own songs at age 11. As time went on he continued to hone his skills as a rapper in cyphers and rap battle leagues, and continuing to write, mostly to pre-used instrumentals for already popular songs. Since beginning to release his own original material he has released five official EPs, and five official full length projects garnering millions of streams across digital platforms. Along the way he has also founded his own record label Imperial Committee Entertainment that he develops and releases talent under as well as his own music. He has also added acting to his slate being in numerous live productions and stage plays such as “Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind” “The Outsiders”, and “Diaspora”, short films, and feature films such as 2023's Pure Justice: Roshawn’s Justice Journey, and 2025's Da Idle Mindz.
