The Biography
Drew Crosby (he/him) is a filmmaker, actor, and illustrator best known for directing the festival selected short films "Partners in Crust" and "Rocky is Dead" as well as for his award winning portrayal of Ramsey Urnest in Nolen Sternkopf's horror comedy short "Fire Hill." Drew is one of the co-founders behind the independent genre film production studio Ghoul Capone Pictures where he exercises a wide range of skills including directing, writing, editing, producing, animating, and acting. In 2021 Drew graduated from Clackamas Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Digital Media Communications and Video Production Technician Certification before continuing his education at Portland State University and graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Film as a student of the class of 2023. Additionally, Drew is the founder of the PSU Viking Film Festival which provides a welcoming space for current, incoming, and alumni Portland State University students to showcase their projects, celebrate their hard work, and make new connections.
