The Biography
Arabella Claire Grant is an American child actress. She began acting professionally at the age of 5 after booking her first ever audition, playing the role of Amy, daughter of Wyatt Logan (Matt Lanter) and Lucy Preston (Abigail Spencer), on the NBC show Timeless (2018). An early and avid reader, Arabella loves books and taught herself to read before she was 2 years old. She became one of the youngest females ever invited to join Mensa at age 4, after scoring in the Genius IQ range on a school entrance test. Reading is still one of her favorite activities. After filming Timeless, Arabella soon made her return to TV playing Lily on the Netflix show Fuller House, acting alongside the original Full House cast, Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin. She was directed by Dave Coulier who, upon watching her perform, proclaimed her a "little Shirley Temple". Arabella's natural charm and extraordinary intelligence caught the attention of the producers of NBC's show Little Big Shots; Ellen DeGeneres and Melissa McCarthy. After they saw a YouTube video of her extensive geography knowledge, she was invited to appear on the show and filmed her own segment in January of 2020. Arabella charmed the hearts of millions of viewers with her funny and adorable personality during her interview with Melissa McCarthy, and then shocked everyone when she showcased her photographic memory in a game where she identified multiple states, countries and their capitals simply by seeing their outline. Arabella recently joined the cast of the upcoming feature film "To Leslie", acting alongside an award winning cast including Allison Janney, Andrea Riseborough and Marc Maron, which will be premiering at SXSW in 2022. She can also soon be seen playing the role of Franny in Season 2 of the critically acclaimed show, The Flight Attendant, on HBO Max. As well as a recurring role in the upcoming show, The Idol, also on HBO Max. Arabella is a vegetarian with a huge heart and passion for animals and the environment. She loves science, geography, and reading. In her free time she enjoys swimming, singing, dancing, and writing and illustrating her own stories and graphic novels. Arabella lives with her parents and 4 siblings in Southern California.
