Bonnie Tyler (born 8 June 1951) is a Welsh singer. She is known for her distinctive raspy voice and soulful pop-rock repertoire, including the worldwide hits "Total Eclipse of the Heart", "Holding Out for a Hero" and "It's a Heartache".
