The TRUE STORY about an infamous serial rapist known as the "Towel Man" who terrorized the city of Portsmouth, Virginia leaving a trail of victims in his wake. His acts were so notorious that rumors began to circulate about what happened to him. Was he captured, killed or did he manage to escape.
