The Synopsis

While he is on the run after stabbing a man, Shinoda accidentally hits a young woman with his car. She turns out to be a zombie, escaping from her ex-boyfriend who is responsible for her misery. They decide to run away together and form an unusual bond, although they know that there is no safe place for them
