At the bottom. That's where Yaya and Zakri feel they are living in the projects of Paris. One day, they discover a bag full of money hidden in a parking garage. The two friends finally see an opportunity for them to change things and decide to throw the biggest party their hood has ever known. But their new found luck won't last very long...
