The Synopsis

It's Friday morning. Employees of a bank in a district town are heading off for three days in the mountains for some modern team building. The aim is to strengthen the team, hone their work skills, and, above all, earn bonus points in the personal evaluation of the director, who has decided to kick-start his career by advancing to the branch management in the regional capital. To get promoted, he needs positive evaluations in all areas, including management activities, which he has completely neglected until now. Most employees have no idea what to expect.
