The Synopsis

Upon returning to society after serving a long prison sentence, Ferdi (Ferdi Tayfur) discovers his world in ruins: his mother (Gülsen Tuncer) has been institutionalized in a psychiatric hospital following a severe mental breakdown. Facing the stigma of his convict past and the heavy emotional weight of his mother's illness, Ferdi struggles to re-establish a stable, honorable life. His journey intersects with Meral (Meral Konrat), an idealistic journalist investigating stories on former convicts and society’s forgotten souls. As Meral documents Ferdi’s raw struggles, an authentic bond forms between them, giving Ferdi a fragile sense of hope as he tries to heal his family and overcome relentless social prejudice.
