Intergalactic penguin pilots, Flip and Zooey, are going where no bird has gone before, outer space! Embarking on peaceful expeditions in their friendly talking spaceship, Slushy, they tour the galaxy on fact-finding missions for their headquarters, run by the beloved Captain Stella.
