The "Ginza Whirlwind" (Akira Kobayashi) uncovers a diamond smuggling operation led by a Chinese man behind the opening of the new nightclub "Monaco", and teams up with the daughter (Ruriko Asaoka) of a man the smuggler killed during the war. First in the "Ginza Whirlwind" series.
