Rian, a doctor, is assigned to a village clinic in Sendawar, West Kutai. Strange things start happening and he sees a girl with a scarred face, people with stomach wounds and also mysterious disappearances. Realising his unfavorable condition, he invites two of his friends to come, Deni and Hasan. Together, they have to go through many adventures and tragedies in the dark jungles of Kalimantan.
