The Synopsis

After the death of a mutual friend, six people try to escape their bleak lives in the German-Belgian-Luxembourg border region. When one of them hijacks a bus, more or less by chance, they embark on a journey that takes them further and further away from the dreams and illusions of their everyday lives.
