The Synopsis

"Shalom Lach Sigal" (1996) is a gripping Israeli crime-drama based on the tragic life events of Mizrahi singer Tamir Gal, who stars as himself. After serving time in prison, Tamir tries to save his beloved sister, Sigal, from her drug-addicted boyfriend, Motti. When Sigal mysteriously disappears and a body is found, Tamir is wrongfully accused of an "honor killing," forcing him to embark on a desperate quest to uncover the truth about her fate.
