The Synopsis

A teachers’ union congress is underway at a grand hotel to elect a new president. Among the candidates, Professor Corradini appears to be the favorite, but she must contend with Professor Liberti, who is helped in his hunt for votes by his beautiful and accommodating wife. The arrival of the archbishop, the current president’s identical twin brother, adds a new twist to the story.
