Successful lawyer Rebekka Butt has no other explanation for the photos in the tabloid "Sonne", which allegedly show her in spicy situations in the red light district. The pictures appear in the middle of her election campaign for senator of justice. An extremely difficult matter that her political opponents take at face value. But who is this woman who looks so much like her? For Tatjana Laake, life rarely shows itself from the sunny side. As a single mother, she keeps herself and her son Lukas afloat with two jobs: in the evenings she works in a nightclub. When Tatjana discovers her confusingly similar likeness on an election poster for Rebekka Butt, she enters the world of politics...
