The Synopsis

When driven corporate attorney Tanya rushes into a charming gift shop searching for a last-minute White Elephant gift, she crosses paths with Jason, a handsome, laid-back clerk. Their brief encounter leads Tanya to purchase a beautiful antique glass snowflake which, unbeknownst to her or Jason, is a good luck charm that carries a generations-old Christmas tradition. However, since the ornament is entered into a holiday gift exchange rather than gifted with proper intention, Tanya suddenly finds herself on the receiving end of everyone else's misfortune. After Jason's Aunt Coco explains the snowflake's magical lore, Tanya reluctantly teams up with Jason to track down the snowflake as it makes its way from one recipient to the next across Chicago before Christmas Day or she'll be stuck with bad luck until next Christmas.
