The Synopsis

This episode of Encounters with Evil investigates three cases of those with a dark desire for human flesh - Cannibal Killers. Infamous American serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, who sexually assaulted, flayed, beheaded, and ate his many young male victims. In Britain, we examine the case of Stephen Griffiths, the self-styled “crossbow cannibal,” who took the lives of three Bradford sex workers in a series of grisly opportunistic murders. And in Europe we tell the incredible story of Armin Meiwes, the seemingly urbane German cannibal whose lover begged him to eat his penis. An episode not for the faint-hearted.
