The Synopsis

Set against the restless energy of Hong Kong, a withdrawn young man, Teo, drifts through a life that feels increasingly suffocating, marking his birthday chasing brief helium-induced highs. When he crosses paths with Meyling, a free-spirited American girl celebrating her own birthday, their parallel nights intersect in a fleeting moment of connection that awakens something deep within him, until she disappears back into the city.
