When Saat wants to return to his village in Beranang to get married, he is attacked by a group of communists who want to kidnap him and his friend. Unknown to him, in his village, Halimah, Saat's bride-to-be, faces a conflict with her stubborn younger sister Leku who wants to marry Man. Who is Man? Will Saat be able to return to the village and marry Halimah?
