The Synopsis

The long-established pachinko parlour ‘Kasuga’ and ‘Shimizu’—a company continuing its rapid expansion through a chain of outlets—both have their sights set on building a leisure complex. However, ‘Kasuga’, which operates on the planned site, is a major thorn in their side. Meanwhile, Shinji, the only son of ‘Kasuga’, and Rie, the daughter of ‘Shimizu’, find themselves drawn to one another, despite the conflict between their parents. One day, the female president of ‘Kasuga’ collapses from the strain, and Shinji resolves to abandon his previous dreams and take over the business. However, ‘Shimizu’s’ conspiracy extends even to places Shinji would never have expected…
