Victoria flies through the world solo, spending her days riding an e-scooter through the city, dealing second-rate vapes to teenagers she has no patience for. But, when her routine is disrupted by an encounter with a mysterious stranger who makes her feel seen, she questions if there might be another way she could be doing things.
