The Synopsis

A young man - Dan Leberg, is in Toronto and discusses the art of oysters at the "Pure Spirits Oyster Bar" in the residential Distillery District with chef J. Rosso. He then proceeds to eats them, while doing a simultaneous assessment on the food.
