The Synopsis

"For three years or so, there were frequent protests against nuclear power, but they have since died down. Now that the Olympics are coming to Tokyo, the government is asserting its safeness. There was an episode in a Netflix series about dark tourism that visited the area around the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant, but it was later revealed that the guide was an actor. It seems that the area of catastrophe is now part of cultural curiosity and entertainment."
