Sergio, a boy born into his family's wealth, meets Rana, a charming painter hired to renovate his mansion. Hidden from Sergio's cruel and strict mother, the young boys start a romance. After a brutal murder, the couple must run away in a bloody road trip that will test their love and Sergio's violent methods to stay together at all costs.
