The Synopsis

Rags Ragland and Joey Faye adapted their famous stage routines for the film, notably performing the signature Pascooniak (later known as Floogle Street) hat company sketch. A dog destroys a man's hat. The destruction forces a comedic journey to track down the specific hat company.
