The Synopsis

A look back at the year in the royal family. Natasja Crone and Morten Ankerdal welcome you to Nimb Terrace in the beautiful, Christmas-lit Tivoli Gardens and look back on the events of the Danish royal family in 2016. It was the Queen's first year working alone after Prince Henrik retired. The year featured a unique collaboration with singer Oh Land, a cultural ball with famous singers, actors, and sports stars, and the royal family became active on Facebook. Dress designer Jesper Høvring, political commentator Hans Engell, TV 2 journalist Ulla Terkelsen, and editor-in-chief of Billed-Bladet Annemette Krakau join us as we revisit the Crown Prince and Princess's beautiful dance in New York and hear the Queen's comments on the Crown Prince's unfortunate encounter with a trampoline.
