The entire internet hailed the Gail, regarding her as some sort of supermarket Chuck Norris, a heroine capable of tackling shoplifters and scanning groceries at speeds that rival Barry Allen. Fans flocked to Gail's Walmart in the hope of catching a glimpse of their icon. Anyone lucky enough to find her would typically insist on a photo-op, before thanking her for her service.
