The fourth installment in the series of fantasy swordplay action movies starring Riki Takeuchi. A seal master from another country, Seirai, comes to Kengo Yagyu's father, Muneyoshi. She claims to be pursuing Dokai, who has stolen Muramasa's "Crow," the power of darkness.
