3 years ago, Inspector Yen along with a team under the command of DSP Amrish intends to nab Feng, a criminal on the run along with his wife, Wei Ning once and for all However, a reckless and rash Yen dashes in without prior orders, resulting in the accidental death of Wei Ning. 3 years later, a recently released Feng from prison seeks to take personal vengeance against Yen for the death of his wife
