Filmed at the International Church of Cannabis in Denver, CO, Billy Wayne Davis' Testify is one part stunningly personal, hysterical stand-up and one part visual and vulnerable realization. It’s a tale of how two trips – one to prison and one to the other side – didn’t give him the answers he wanted but the ones he needed.
