The Synopsis

The leader of Satan Organization creates a new syndicate, Desmoron, which sees the total destruction of the world with General Scorpion in charge. Chen Ying-Jie, a man who saw one of their victims, is hunted down by the syndicate and after his parents are killed and himself badly wounded, the Super Riders save him by transforming him into their newest member, Super Rider V3.
