Hamid, a 25-year-old boy, survived the escape from Eritrea, with the intention of arriving in Switzerland by his brother Yemane, but Natale, a Sicilian fisherman, advises him not to continue the journey as an illegal immigrant and with his wife, they decide to host him at their restaurant, in exchange for help in the kitchen.
